GENERAL FAQs

The most frequent questions we get about our cruises and answers that work!

These two routes are aimed at 20-39s, simply because they suit more energetic travellers looking for an intense tour across Greece. They are not strictly “party tours” as they have been designed for travellers looking for a more balanced trip.

As such, there are more party stops in the Aegean portion of the trip, at islands such as Ios, Mykonos and Santorini, whereas the Ionian part is more peaceful with with lots of swim-stops and time to chill out on board during the day, and sightseeing and exploring during the afternoons. You can also do more socialising and bar-hopping in the evenings on the Ionian leg if you wish!

You can only bring your own snacks on board the boat such as peanuts, crisps, biscuits etc. But you cannot bring your own drinks on board.

Our boats do not have card facilities onboard. All payments for your bar tab can be made only by cash locally on your last day before you check out of the boat.

The second part is the Ionian area of Greece on a proper Sail Greece style gulet boat, where you sleep on board!

For the second part of the trip, you will be sleeping on board your Sail Greece boat, in twin or double cabins with private ensuite (shower room and toilet) facilities.

We meet at the provided accommodation in Fira town at 2pm for a welcome speech and a chance to meet your fellow travellers. The accommodation and location will be emailed to you with the rest of your pre-departure documents around 4 weeks beforehand.
